2027 Nationals Scoring and Award Information

SCORING BREAKDOWN

TITLE

All title dancers will be crowned and ranked from runners up to winner. Title dancers are not eligible for top 10. Dancers are eligible for overall highest scoring title solo per level.

Title is not eligible for category overalls.

ADJUDICATIONS

Performance Award will be given to routines that do not complete enough of their routine to be adjudicated.

OVERALL HIGH SCORE FLAGS

Overall High Score Flags will be given to the highest scoring first / second runner up in recreational, intermediate and advanced in the following categories for
12 and under / 13 and up:

Solo
Duo/Trio
Small Group
Large Group
Line
Production

OVERALL HIGH SCORE TROPHIES

Overall High Score Trophies will be given to the highest scoring recreational, intermediate, and advanced routine in the following categories for 12 and under / 13 and up:

Solo
Duo/Trio
Small Group
Large Group
Line
Production

1 Overall High Score is given to:

Student Choreography
Adult/Pro-Am
Inspirational

AWARDS & HIGH SCORES

Adjudications
High Scores
High scores will be given out to the highest scoring winners in each age division/level:

10+ per division - Top 10

5-9 per division - Top 5

1-4 per division - Top 4

Dancers with multiple solos can place once with their highest scoring solo. Solo division routines per division are counted by dancer.

Category High Scores will be given at the National Event.

Categories with larger divisions mayreceive a top 15-20

BUMP UP THE JAM

This award is reserved for regionals. No National routines will be bumped. All regional routines bumped must compete in the higher level for Nationals.
